Hello! We’re sorry to hear you’re off school and under the weather. We hope you feel better soon but in the meantime we thought we could give you a few links to keep your brain ticking over, if you feel up to it!
Maths:
White Rose Maths are providing video tutorials and activity sheets for children learning at home. Just click on a lesson and then complete the questions!
Writing:
Be inspired by some of the fantastic images on Pobble and choose an activity to complete.
Alternatively, think about some of the events that are happening at the moment – Halloween, Bonfire night, Christmas! Could you write a diary entry, letter, story or a poem about any of these events?
Science:
Learn about the properties of materials and watch videos on BBC Bitesize or try some experiments at home.
Music: Sing Up!
Handwriting practise:
use the handwriting activity pack below to practise cursive letter formation.
Physical Education:
Don’t forget to keep moving if you’re well enough to. It’s really important! Why not try joining in with BBC Supermovers?
Design and Technology:
Make a felt Christmas tree ornament or make a design of your own.
History: Our theme this half term is “Gunpowder, Treason and Plot!” Why not use the internet to find 10 fact about Guy Fawkes and the Gunpowder Plot?
